Summary
The City of St. Louis Port Authority (“Authority”) seeks proposals for security services to patrol the Arch grounds riverfront this summer while cruise boats park overnight.

On approximately thirteen occasions from mid-June to late October, cruise boats will dock overnight at the improved wharf.  The Authority will contract with a security services provider to patrol the improved wharf and be a visible security presence while the cruise boats overnight in St. Louis.
