Summary
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis (“LCRA”) seeks proposals for Residential Real Estate Brokerage services to bring to the market and sell approximately 15 newly constructed homes.

The selected brokerage firm will be expected to provide comprehensive residential real estate brokerage and sales services for the program. Services are anticipated to include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

- Market Assessment and Sales Strategy
- Marketing and Buyer Outreach
- Buyer Identification and Qualification Coordination
- Income Eligibility
- Offers, Contracts, and Closing
- Reporting and Program Coordination
