Summary
The City of St. Louis Port Authority ("Authority") will receive sealed bids for the South Refuse Smokestack Demolition Project (Project) on March 11, 2024.

The Project supported in whole or in part by federal award number SLFRP4542 awarded to the State of Missouri by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

The work required for the Project comprises demolition of the City’s South Refuse Facility exhaust stacks as required by the attached Contract and the identified Drawings, Technical Specifications and other Bid Documents (collectively, the “Contract Documents”).

All bids shall be submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions in this Invitation and the Instructions to Bidders. The selected Bidder must be a qualified demolition contractor licensed by the City of St. Louis. There will be a mandatory Pre-bid Conference on site at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, February 23, 2024.

Bids will be received by the Authority at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103, (Attention: Roland Comfort) until 1:00 PM local time on Monday, March 11, 2024. At that time and location a public bid opening will take place.
