The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis ("LCRA" or "Owner") closed on its acquisition of the vacant, former manufacturing facility at 3940 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in St. Louis, MO in October of 2023. LCRA plans to stabilize and transform the approximate 150,000-square-foot industrial building that is situated on 15 acres into office, manufacturing, and otherwise multi-use commercial space. LCRA intends to utilize the former layout and capabilities for manufacturing into workforce development/training space for advanced manufacturing, with supporting office/commercial space for tenants. Potential tenants could include the Northside Economic Empowerment Center, St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment, and St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) Real Estate department personnel. LCRA invites qualified firms to submit their qualifications to provide comprehensive services for the assessment,  design/rehabilitation, and transformation of the facility.
