Any Questions about this RFP must be submitted in writing, and should be  sent to David Cleveland at clevelandd@stlouis-mo.gov. Questions should be received by 05/26/2022. Questions and answers will be sent via email to all known RFP participants to ensure transparency in the bidding process. No written or verbal contact is allowed between any other potential  competitive bidders, or with City of St. Louis.
