Business Assistance
Business Recovery Center
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has opened an SBA Business Recovery Center (BRC) on 3140 Cass Avenue in St. Louis. There, business owners will be able to apply for low interest loans and other financial assistance that they might need because of tornado impact on their businesses. Homeowners and renters are also welcome at the BRC to apply for financial assistance.
Representatives from both the SBA and FEMA will be stationed at the DAC to provide guidance on applications.

Business Opportunities
For Contractors
Contractors interested in working within the tornado-impacted area of the City of St. Louis should register through the STL Recovers Contractor Registration Portal. Licenses, insurance, and certifications will be verified by City staff and made available to the public to help make informed decisions. Registered contractors may also receive opportunities to bid on tornado recovery projects.
For Landlords
The City of St. Louis Recovery Office, in partnership with the Community Development Administration, is asking landlords to share information about their vacant rental units to support residents impacted by the May 16 tornado.
