Cleaning and Organizing Debris

Teams are working across St. Louis to clear debris. You may do the following with the debris on your property:

  • Place debris in large piles on the curb or public right of way, but not in the street.
  • When possible, separate debris into piles of yard waste, household waste, and all other mixed waste.
  • Regular trash should go in alley dumpsters and roll carts.
  • Small piles of yard waste can go in yard waste dumpsters.

The Street department is working to clear streets of debris. If you see debris piled up on a street, please report it to CSB

Please be safe when cleaning up debris! Make sure to wear gloves, eye protection, face mask, closed-toe shoes, long pants and long sleeved shirts.

Blocked Streets

All fully blocked streets should now be clear. If yours is not, please report it to CSB

If your street is not clear, please report it to CSB

City Trees and Poles

The City is focusing on removing city trees that have fallen on private property, including homes and vehicles. Traffic light poles are being picked up, and we are starting to restore signals (as power is restored).

Report issues with City Trees and other City-owned property to CSB
