Overview

STLRecovers is a City of St. Louis initiative created to support residents recovering from the May 16, 2025 tornado, which caused significant damage across our community. The initiative helps individuals whose homes were damaged or destroyed connect with the resources they need to regain safe, stable housing as quickly as possible.

The STLRecovers Outreach Center is a walk-in location where tornado-impacted residents can speak directly with trained staff, learn about available programs, and receive personalized case-management support. Residents can also call the center for information or begin the process of getting assistance by requesting Disaster Case Management Services through the online form below.
