BOARD BILL NO. 169 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN SAMUEL L. MOORE An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on September 2, 2015, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map and in City Block 3728, from “G” Local Commercial and Office District to the “C” Multiple-Family Dwelling District, at 4232 W, Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, so as to include the described parcel of land in City Block 3728; and containing an emergency clause.
