BOARD BILL #298 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN TAMMIKA HUBBARD An Ordinance affirming adoption of a redevelopment plan, redevelopment area, and redevelopment project; authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement between the City of St. Louis and Alterra Jefferson Arms, LLC; prescribing the form and details of said agreement; designating Alterra Jefferson Arms, LLC as developer of the redevelopment area; making certain findings with respect thereto; authorizing other related actions in connection with the redevelopment of certain property within the redevelopment area; and containing a severability clause.
