BOARD BILL NO. 135 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN MARLENE E. DAVIS An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the "City"), owner and operator of St. Louis Lambert International Airport ™ (the “Airport”) to enter into and execute on behalf of the City, the First Amendment to Professional Service Agreement for Fleet Vehicles and Special Equipment Maintenance /Repairs Services (“First Amendment”) to the Professional Service Agreement for Fleet Vehicles & Special Equipment Maintenance/Repair Services, Contract 64913 authorized by City Ordinance 69257, approved on October 29, 2012 (“Agreement”), between the City and Complete Auto Body & Repair, Inc. (“Consultant”); the First Amendment is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and made a part hereof, and its terms are more fully described in Section One of this Ordinance; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
