This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 3629 Hydraulic Ave Area. The project consists of the renovation of a two-family building in the Tower Grove South neighborhood. The prospective redeveloper plans on renovating the building to include two (two bedroom/ 1 bath) units, at the cost of approximately $180,000. The units will be marketed at 60 percent AMI or below. Based on the Recommended Abatement Map approved October 26, 2018 by Board of Aldermen Resolution 104, this Board Bill will allow a 10-year tax abatement at 75 percent.
