BOARD BILL NO. 98 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN CHRIS CARTER An Ordinance directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade, or otherwise impede the flow of traffic at Woodland Avenue at the northeast corner of Woodland Avenue and at Northwest corner of Woodland Avenue at Bircher Boulevard and containing an emergency clause.
