An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on February 9, 2022, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from the “K” Unrestricted District to the “H” Area Commercial District, in City Block 2196 (500 and 552 Prospect Avenue, 3603 and 3611 Scott Avenue and 503 and 503R S. Grand Boulevard), so as to include the described parcels of land in City Block 2196; and containing an emergency clause.
