This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Eighth Amended and Restated Concession Agreement with Host International, Inc. The Eighth Amendment and Restatement extends the term of the agreement by seven (7) years to expire on February 28, 2031, and grants to the Concessionaire the non-exclusive right and privilege to construct, develop, manage, and operate a Food and Beverage Concession at the Airport. This Board Bill contains a severability clause and an emergency clause with Host International, Inc. The Eighth Amendment and Restatement extends the term of the agreement by seven (7) years to expire on February 28, 2031, and grants to the Concessionaire the non-exclusive right and privilege to construct, develop, manage, and operate a Food and Beverage Concession at the Airport.
