Outgrant License between United States of America, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”), and the City of St. Louis, Missouri
Summary
This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and Comptroller of the City to execute the “Outgrant License between United States of America, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”), and the City of St. Louis, Missouri.” Under this agreement the FAA will have access and operating rights at the Airport for security, employment, and other governmental purposes. This Board Bill contains a severability clause.
