Summary
This Bill is the City’s annual appropriation of the Transit Sales Tax imposed pursuant to Section 94.660, RSMo., from the City Public Transit Sales Tax Trust Fund – Account TWO in the amount of $13,069,000 to the Bi-State Development Agency for the period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This Bill contains an emergency clause.
