Summary
An Ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating to the Planning and Urban Design Agency funds received by the City of St. Louis pursuant to an agreement with Johns Hopkins University for an initiative funded through Bloomberg Philanthropies; authorizing the expenditure of such funds; authorizing related contracts, agreements, and other documents; and containing emergency and severability clauses.
