Summary

This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 200 South 4th St. Redevelopment Area. The proposed Bill also allows for use of eminent domain within the area for all properties. This Board Bill will allow for up to a 20-year tax abatement at 90 percent.
