the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations during African-American History Month to recognize and honor UAPO for being a St. Louis African-American Justice organization and for its leadership toward equality and by adoption of this resolution we wish to thank UAPO for being an excellent example of community concern, care, talent, and commitment
