Summary
NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we recognize that engaging in physical and mental games and activities is critical to the health of our young people and the greater community, and as such the City of St. Louis should make a greater investment in creating supervised recreation programs in our parks.
