Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize and honor, during Black History Month, the Living With Purpose organization and their many contributions to the City of St. Louis and the Black Community in particular.
