Featured Projects from the Residential Development Team of the Community Development Administration. CDA is currently responsible for administering over $400M in federal funds. Like other City departments, CDA cannot spend funds until they have been appropriated in an ordinance (local law) adopted by the Board of Aldermen and Board of Estimate & Apportionment.
