Currently residing in St. Louis Hills neighborhood, Donna M.C. Baringer started her time in public service in 2003 when she was elected to the St. Louis Board of Aldermen. Elected Missouri House of Representatives to serve the 82nd District in 2016, Donna has been serving constituents for over 20 years and has dedicated her career to improving St. Louis, Missouri, and the wider region as a whole.
