According to the St. Louis City Charter, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment (E&A) shall consist of the Mayor, Comptroller and President of the Board of Aldermen. The Board of E&A is the city's executive branch of government and approves all city real estate purchases, appropriations and the city's annual operating budget.
Meeting agendas are posted a day prior to the meeting. This posted agenda is unofficial and it does not reflect any changes the board may make during the meeting.
The Board of Estimate and Apportionment meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the Mayor's Board Room, located in Room 200 of City Hall. Scheduled dates for 2018 follow, subject to change with notice.
