On-Time Percentage for Whole Block Lights Out
The Traffic and Lighting Division maintains traffic signals, traffic signage, traffic painting and striping, and street lighting for the City. Citizens submit street lighting requests when an entire block may be impacted by an outage.
The quarterly goal of the Traffic and Lighting Division is to complete 80% of these requests within 24 hours. The dashboard below shows monthly performance against the goal.
On-Time Percentage for Critical Sign Repair
Critical sign requests are for Stop, Yield, One-Way, and Do Not Enter signs that are in need of repair or replacement.
The Traffic and Lighting Division has a quarterly goal of completing 75% of all of these requests under 48 hours. Note that these track permanent sign replacements. In cases where a sign needs to be ordered or sourced, a temporary sign is usually installed. Further improvements to the dashboard could potentially include tracking these intermediate steps.
The dashboard below shows the percentage of requests completed under the goal of 48 hours by month and quarter.
