Alex Price
CityStat Program Manager
Alex Price serves as the CityStat program manager in the Mayor's Office, overseeing the development of a new initiative that uses data to better understand the City's current performance, identify challenges, and improve city services over time. In this role, Alex works with stakeholders across all City departments to define metrics, refine data-tracking processes, and identify areas for process improvement.
To the Mayor's Office, Alex brings a passion for good government and expertise in policy, strategy, and technology developed over 5+ years in public-sector consulting, first at Civic Consulting Alliance in Chicago and later in Deloitte's Government and Public Sector practice. In these roles, Alex supported clients with strategic planning, policy implementation, and technology adoption across various agencies and subject-matter areas, including human services delivery, criminal justice reform, and infrastructure/capital planning. Outside of work, Alex serves on the board of her synagogue, where she has led several strategic planning task forces.
Alex graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelor of arts in history and Russian/Eastern European studies in 2020. In her free time, Alex enjoys exploring St. Louis, reading, traveling, and trying to make gluten-free versions of her favorite pastries!
