Make a Payment to the Parks Division

Prepare the following:

1. Your permit number(s).
2. The amount you owe.
3. A payment method:
   • Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express
   • A bank account number and routing number

1. Use the Begin Online button to visit the PayIt website.
2. Choose PayIt Login if you have an account, or Pay as Guest.
3. Search for your permit number and add it to the cart.
   1. Add another if there are other charges.
   2. Repeat until all charges are in the cart.
4. Continue to Checkout, enter payment details, review, and submit payment.

• Fees vary by service and will be listed for each invoice in the portal.
• Payment processing fees will be displayed before you complete your transaction.

• Payments are processed immediately.
• Confirmation is provided on screen and by email.
• The City’s records are updated within 24 hours.

If you'd like to pay in person when you make your reservation, you can pay by

• credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express)
• check (made payable to City of St. Louis)
• money order

When you make your reservation in person, you can pay immediately. 

Payment processing fees for credit card transactions will be displayed before you complete your transaction. Fees vary by type of service.

• Credit card payments are processed immediately.
• Credit card payment confirmation is provided on screen.
