Summary
The City of St. Louis (“City”), acting by and through the City Health Insurance Committee (“Committee”), seek proposals from interested parties (hereafter referred to as (“Respondents”) to provide employee benefits consulting services. The City offers a comprehensive package of healthcare benefits to its employees and retirees. The benefits include: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, employee assistance program, supplemental benefits and medical insurance at retirement*.
