The Employee Training and Organizational Development section is responsible for designing, creating, and implementing training and organizational development efforts.

Who We Are

The Employee Training and Organizational Development team drives workforce excellence by delivering impactful learning experiences that support the mission of the City of St. Louis. We offer training programs and organizational development services that empower employees at every stage of their careers.

In addition to professional development, our team oversees Occupational Safety, promoting best practices to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive workplace for all employees, residents, and visitors.

What We Do

Our work focuses on:

  • Leadership Development – Preparing employees to take on supervisory and management responsibilities

  • Continuous Learning – Offering opportunities for skill-building, career advancement, and adaptation to change
