Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position manage all grants and related contract activities to achieve city and grant objectives. Duties include developing, implementing and administering federal grants and funds for the St. Louis Transitional Grant Area Ryan White Program, procuring sub-recipient agencies to deliver services and ensuring programmatic and fiscal oversight.

A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business or Public Administration, or closely related field; plus five years of grants administration experience including at least two years in a management capacity. OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver's license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of filing application and be able to present license at the Oral Interview. Please note type of license, number, class, and expiration date on the Employment Application. Applicants who do not have a Missouri driver's license must submit a "Driving Record Check" from their State's Department of Motor Vehicles.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted with the Employment Application or at the time of the Oral Interview.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience administering Ryan White Part A grant funds for HIV/AIDS care services is highly preferred.
