Salary

  • Minimum: $31,460.00
  • Maximum: $43,654.00

Nature of Work

Incumbents in this position are responsible for conducting home health visits and providing health related support and education services.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) certificate; plus two years of related health care experience with duties such as: home health visits; blood drawing; medication administration; appointment setting; monitoring health records, client case management and/or field supervision.  OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted with the Employment Application.

License:  Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver’s license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of filing application and be able to present it upon request.  Please note type of license, number, class, and expiration date on the Employment Application.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:  Previous experience working in a school/daycare setting providing health education, consultations and services.

Your employment experience and training will be used to determine whether you meet the entrance requirements for this position and to compute your experience and training evaluation.
