HOURLY RATE OF PAY
Positions are paid on an hourly basis, are not eligible for the Employee Benefits Program and do not require City residency.
Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position are responsible for assisting with the coordination of various department programs and/or special projects for the Homeless Services Division of the Department of Human Services. Duties include assisting with the planning, procedures development, reporting requirements and oversight of subcontractor activities related to federally funded emergency rental, mortgage and utility assistance programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic impact on City residents.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Sociology, social sciences, or a related field; plus two years of experience working with programs for the homeless. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver's license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess said license at the time of filing application and be able to present it upon request. Please note type of license, number, class and expiration date on the Employment Application.
