Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position are responsible for coordinating and administering programs for the conservation of natural areas throughout the City of St. Louis. Duties include planning, monitoring, and reporting of project goals, deficiencies, and progress; leading and coordinating Forestry personnel; assisting with maintaining a budget; and responsibility for the materials and equipment necessary to ensure completion of projects. Incumbents will also be expected to occasionally present at ward meetings and community events and perform outreach to the general public.

A Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources or a related field; plus two years of experience working with natural landscapes.
License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver’s license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess valid driver’s license at the time of filing application and be able to present it upon request.
