  Spoke with tenant who stated that the landlord is threatening with legal feels; have not heard from the landlord as of yet; tenant is currently up on his rent; power is on at unit as of now; once the rent was paid the power was restored; tenant does not have access to the main power; tenant stated that he asked the landlord if he pays the rent his power would his power come back on and the landlord said yes; maintenance said that they had to order a part that he cannot recall; he is not sure if they replaced this part; when rent is paid power is restored; never had problems with previous management with power; once new management had taken over the problems with electric began;

  Darla Donnell: Scheduled an inspection for the date of 4-1-19 per tenant who advised that this was the date that he would be available

  Darla visited the site but was unable to gain access to the Main Disconnect for the tenants electrical service. Will try to gain access from management.

  Inspector left message with management to gain access. No response. When visiting the site the tenant had power.

  Unable to gain access to main circuit breaker, however when inspected the power was on.

Details: Building Inspector(s) performed an inspection of the property to determine if the property met minimum standards according to City building codes. Upon completion of the inspection, it was determined that the property meets or exceeds the minimum standards as required by the City of St. Louis.
