  2/2/23 - AT _ Environmental Health Officer spoke with Gary Sextro, Maintenance Mgr. at Ely Walker regarding multiple complaints of unsanitary pet keeping. EHO advised Mr. Sextro that more needs to be done to maintain compliance with the City's Unsanitary Pets Ordinance. Verbal Advice given regarding: 1) Speaking with Neighborhood Improvement Specialist / Alderperson about pulling out some of the concrete pavers at the tree lawn, and replace with several pet relief areas 2) Posting signage throughout the building regarding responsible pet ownership and what will not be tolerated 3) Purchasing free standing pet relief bag stands to place in strategic locations in front of building i will add these same comments to the multiple Service Requests regarding Unsanitary Pets received for 1520 Washington.
