@MURPHYD Unknown complainant - Unable to call to gain access to building. Multiple Repeat Complaints from ELY Walker Building regarding pet feces - Environmental Health Officer unable to cite for daily incidents of negligent pet owners. EHO are able to cite property owners. We require observation of feces in various states - dried and fresh. Fresh feces alone does not meet standard for DOH Unsanitary pets Ordinance. Here is list of property owners for ELY Walker Bldg:https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/data/address-search/index.cfm?Please let DOH know which homeowner(s) are responsible for the unsanitary pets violations. The problems residents are having with management may be addressed with the Neighborhood Improvement Specialist: DeAnna Murphy Phone: (314) 657-1371
