The Health Department cites for unsanitary pets when we observe fresh AND dried feces - indicating the pet owners are not picking up regularly as required. Also, the Health Dept. cites property owners; however, with condo buildings, we don't know which property owner to cite. I suggest that you reach out to the NIS, DeAnna Murphy 314-657-1371, to work on solutions with management and with the City. For example, pulling up some of the concrete in the tree lawn area and providing a pet refuge area. Do you have access to this building so I can investigate? You didn't leave your contact information on this Service Request. Please call 314-657-1505. Thank you. Amir Tibbs.
