  Tenant is no longer there and power has been restored I spoke with the tenant who stated that before she left, the landlord shut her power off. This is illegal and I received another complaint from a different tenant within 6 days of this complaint stating the same thing. Because this tenant has moved out, I will close this out. However, with the new complaint, which this tenant currently resides at this location, I will proceed with a letter to the owner.
