North Riverfront Land Use Plan

The North Riverfront Land Use Plan is a comprehensive study of the 3,000-acre North Riverfront area, which begins north of Downtown St. Louis City and expands up to Maline Creek. The plan is under review by the City of St. Louis Planning Commission.
