Data Distributions
This dataset can be accessed in the following ways:

Includes the parcel identifier (Parcel ID and Handle), whether or not it was accepted, rejected, or if the bid was declined; and the date that the decision was made.

Includes all active garden permits, the date they were issued, and the date the garden permit expires.

Includes all LRA inventory with the exception of LRA records that have been sold or where the status is retired.

CSV file of historic offers from the archived GeoSTL LRA offer tracker.

Distinct from the LRA inventory table in that this data set only includes records where the parcel status is ‘Available’, ‘CDA Option’, or ‘Lease’.
