Building Assessments
The City of St. Louis Building Division is making initial assessments to determine if properties are safe for entry or dwelling. Homes will be marked with color-coded stickers to inform residents and the public about the structural condition of the property.

City-Related Damage
Report to Citizens' Service Bureau (CSB)
For tree limbs, traffic signals/poles, debris: Report to CSB, ideally with photos.
Please submit online, if possible:
- Building Collapse
- Exterior Building Damage or Code Violations
- Signal Damaged
- Street Light Damage
- Inspect City Tree
- Other Street Repair

Utilities
For utility issues (gas, water, sewer, electric), call the relevant utility company.
Power Lines and Electricity
Contact Ameren for issues with electricity. Please avoid downed power lines.

- Outages: Use the online Outage Center or call 800-755-5000
- You can sign up for power notifications on Ameren.com (or through the app). Residents need their address, the last 4 of Social Security # to sign up
