Nature of Work
Incumbents in this position are responsible for providing secretarial support and clerical assistance to attorneys requiring knowledge of: appellate briefs, subpoenas, trial court memoranda, ordinances, contracts and other general legal correspondence such as briefs, pleadings, affidavits, summonses, complaints, legal opinions, responses to discovery requests and summaries and depositions.

Two years of experience providing secretarial support for attorneys in a private law firm, governmental agency, or other business setting. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with electronic court filing is preferred.
A limited number of applicants may be scheduled for the Oral Interview based on an evaluation of their qualifying education, training and experience as listed on the Employment Application.
