Salary

  • Minimum: $41,730.00
  • Maximum: $65,234.00

Nature of Work

Incumbents in this position are responsible for compiling information and developing and revising maps and graphic designs using computer software and equipment. Incumbents are responsible for completing more complex mapping and graphic design work than incumbents of the GIS Specialist I/Graphic Designer classification.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Cartography, Graphic Design or a closely related field; plus two years computer mapping and graphic design experience which includes using AutoCAD and ESRI GIS Software. OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver’s license while employed by the City of St. Louis.  Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of filing the application and be able to present license upon request. Please note type of license, number, class and expiration date on the Employment Application.

Documentation of academic credentials must be presented upon request.
