BOARD BILL #201 Introduced by Alderwoman Marlene Davis An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to enter into a Lease Agreement with The Urban League of Metropolitan St Louis, to lease property located in City Block 3748 of the City of St. Louis, for a period of Ten (10) years with two additional five year options, and for the purposes of creating a mixed use service delivery facility, and other self-improvement activities as well as office space for administrative needs.
