An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 50258, which ordinance relates in part to the vacation of Russell Avenue from DeKalb Street to Second Street (the “Russell Vacation”) with conditions, authorizing the termination of the fire lane on the Russell Vacation in order that Soulard Second Street, L.L.C. or its successors and assigns (the “Developer”) may build a project on certain land (the “Subject Property”) located at 161-181 Trudeau in the City of St. Louis (“City”).
