The proposed Board Bill establishes a three-way stop site at the intersection of Mardel Avenue and Macklind Avenue regulating all traffic travelling eastbound on Mardel Avenue at Macklind Avenue and regulating all traffic travelling northound and southbound on Macklind Avenue at Mardel Avenue, and containing an emergency clause.
