This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Chief of Police, on behalf of the Mayor and the City of St. Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Office of Homeland Security, to fund the 2019 Project Safe Neighborhoods Program.
