The Use of Rams Settlement Funds, for Supporting Winter Shelter Needs
Summary
An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriating the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Five and 05/100ths ($3,365,535.05) of Rams Settlement Funds, for the purpose of supporting winter shelter needs for unhoused residents; authorizing and directing the Director of the Department of Human Services (“DHS”) to execute contracts as may be necessary to expend funds; and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
