NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this Honorable Board of Alderman of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize National Human Traffic Awareness Month and the valiant efforts of Fresh Beginnings Safe House in working to prevent and end sex trafficking.
